Hello hello hello As I write to you, I write with an unexplainable excitement and refreshment in my spirit. I wish I could put into words my excitement in the exact way I feel, but I can’t, so I’ll just let the Holy spirit give you understanding.
This weekend has been a source of joy for me, I had a spirit-packed weekend with an awesome sister of mine. I am a strong believer in the master planner and how every single thing is divinely orchestrated for a purpose and this weekend is no exception.
Believe it or not, He plans every single detail of your life, your name, how tall or well not so tall you are. God said “I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations” (Jeremiah 1:5), before your mother met your father, God knew and planned what you were going to do today, He is intentional about His ways.
God appointed Jeremiah as His prophet to nations before he was born, similarly we have been appointed by God to serve a heavenly purpose here on earth. But like Jeremiah when called upon by God, we are quick to remind God of all that we are not (Jeremiah 1:6). Moses did the same thing, oh God I don’t exactly speak fluently(Exodus 4:10), l’m this and that Lord, I can’t do this and I’m not capable of that. Don’t you think He knows that already, He knew you before you were formed, He is aware of our shortcomings, all He is interested in is your obedience.
After Jeremiah was called, a touch followed (Jeremiah 1:11), the hand of God came upon him, giving him the anointing to function in his calling. Remember I said God has it planned out, He sees your weakness, but His hand is outstretched toward you today to give that grace and strength and unction to function.
Be not afraid, God is with you, take that bold step of faith, He is taking you somewhere great. It will be tough, you will have battles and your promise will come along with it’s share of problems but as I stated in my post on your promise, the journey is a vital part of your promise.
As you receive direction and instruction from God, do not focus on all that you are not, focus on all that you are in Christ and God will make you into all that you need to be to fulfill His purpose. God is telling you today that He only needs you to surrender to His will, stop complaining about what you don’t have right. You will continue to feel unable when you keep depending on your own strength, accept your weaknesses and know that God’s strength is made perfect in them (2 Corinthians 12:9).

The enemy uses self doubt to trap us, He knows with God we are unstoppable. But we wallow in doubt, spending our time dwelling on all that we are not, rather than building on what we are. You are stuck comparing yourself to another, forgetting that you walk different paths. We even suggest substitutes for ourselves, saying, God I think this person does it better, oh she sounds so much better than I do, wouldn’t he be more enlightened on this particular topic. There is a special grace and anointing upon your head for the place that God is taking you to that no other man can carry.
In all that you do, remind yourself of the strength that you have in God, don’t let the devil convince you of the contrary. He is very unhappy about the great works God has planned for you, he will surely attack, but battle ready you shall be as you constantly give yourself to God in obedience. Dwell in His secret place (Psalm 91:1), put on the whole armour of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11-20). Not part of it, but the whole armour of God.
Ephesians 6:11-20 King James Version (KJV)
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
I am excited about your future, I am excited about where God is taking you. He is doing marvelous things in your life. I pray that as you walk this path with God, the grace to obey shall be given to you. And for that which you are struggling with, any form of self doubt and self dependence, the hand of God shall anoint you and give you strength. The devil has no power over you, as you carry the whole armour of God, every plan of the enemy shall be futile. And the spirit of excellence be with you always, Amen. God bless.
